1. Who runs this site

2. What this site is

This is the information website of a hotel. It describes the rooms, restaurants, wellness facilities, event spaces and gaming room of the property. It is not a booking engine: no reservation is made, confirmed or held through this site, and no payment is taken here.

3. Enquiries are not bookings

Sending an enquiry does not create a reservation and does not oblige either side to anything. A stay exists only once reception has confirmed it to you directly and told you the price and the cancellation terms that apply.

4. No online gambling

Friday Resort does not operate an online casino, does not offer any form of gambling over the internet, and does not promote or link to any online gambling service. The gaming room described on this site is a physical room inside the hotel. Nothing on this website is an offer to gamble.

5. The gaming room

• Entry is limited to persons aged 18 or over. Photo identification is required at the door and may be requested again inside.
• Smart dress applies after 20:00. Photography and filming inside the room are not permitted.
• Staff may refuse entry, or ask a guest to leave, at their discretion and without giving a reason.
• Self-exclusion can be arranged at any time through the duty manager, and will be applied without discussion or delay.

6. Responsible gaming

Gambling can be addictive. It is entertainment, not a way to make or recover money, and it should only ever be done with money you can afford to lose. Decide your limit before you begin and stop when you reach it.

If gambling has stopped being enjoyable for you or for someone close to you, help is free and confidential. In Malta the Responsible Gaming Foundation operates a helpline on 1777 and offers support and self-exclusion services at rgf.org.mt.

7. Accuracy

We keep the descriptions, opening hours and facilities on this site as accurate as we can, but they may change — particularly seasonally. Nothing on this page forms part of a contract. Confirm anything that matters to your stay with reception before you travel.

8. Intellectual property

The text, photography, layout and code of this website belong to Friday Resort Malta Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, frame or republish them without written permission. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other hotel, resort or gaming company.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use this website in any way that breaks applicable law, interferes with its operation, or misrepresents it or its contents.

10. No warranties

This website is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, this website.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12. Changes

These terms may be revised at any time. The version shown on this page is the one in force.
